Break Policy

This policy covers spots bought in 438 Cards live breaks. By buying a spot you agree to it. It sits alongside our Terms and Shipping & Returns policy.

What a break is

A "break" is a live show where sealed product is opened on stream. You buy a spot in the break and receive the cards allocated to your spot.

Buying a spot

• Spots can be bought in advance or live during the show, subject to availability.
• Random formats assign teams/players to buyers at the draw. Pick formats let you choose your team/player when you buy.
• Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Your spot is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Fair randomisation

Random draws use a provably-fair method: we publish a commitment before the break and reveal the seed afterwards so any draw can be independently verified. The result of a fair draw is final.

Refunds

• Spots are non-refundable once purchased, due to the live, chance-based nature of breaks.
• If a break is cancelled by us before it starts, spots are fully refunded.
• If you don't complete payment for a live-claimed spot, the spot may be re-sold or re-drawn.

Your cards & shipping

• You receive all cards allocated to your spot from the break.
• Cards are stored safely and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK). Where you hold multiple spots or breaks, we'll combine shipping where practical.
• Please keep your shipping details up to date — contact us promptly if anything needs changing after a win.

Conduct

We want breaks to be fun and fair for everyone. We may refuse service or remove participants for abusive behaviour or attempts to manipulate a break.
