Shipping
- UK standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — a tracking number is provided with every order.
- International: sent via DPD. International shipping isn't yet available to order online — please contact us for a quote before ordering.
- Dispatch: orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive tracking once your order is on its way.
- Postage: a flat shipping charge is added at checkout. We don't currently offer free shipping, though we may run free-shipping promotions from time to time.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are returned in the same condition they were sent.
- Sealed boxes must be returned unopened and still sealed.
- Single cards must be returned in the same condition, with any toploaders/sleeves/packaging intact.
- To start a return, email us first and we'll provide the returns address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us.
- Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and checked.
Break spots
Spots purchased in a live break are non-refundable due to the nature of the sale — see our Break Policy for full details.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
